Staying up to date with technology and using innovative build designs such as the latest can-bus and data transfer systems technology on the larger platform models. Whilst using a simple hydraulic design on the small track and truck mounted machines predomanently operated by rental companies and smaller contractors.
Oil and Steel Uk ltd will be marketing the full product range through a network of specialist dealers. Geographically situated to give the best local cover possible. All our dealers will have factory trained engineers available to assist with servicing/training and any technical issues.
During 2010 we will be launching our online parts ordering facility. Customers will be able to order spare parts any time day or night, to be despatched the very next day, anywhere in the world - subject to availabilty and payment terms.
This year will be proactive for Oil and Steel Uk ltd. Apart from opening new sales and service centres throughout the country, several new products will be introduced to the UK market. These will be launched at Vertikal days in Haydock (June this year). We are expanding our spare parts department along with the machine refubishment and service area. This enable's us to offer customers the opportunity to have their machines serviced/refurbished to the highest level by trained Oil and Steel engineers.
